The Carroll Family had a super busy weekend!
Jax went with Mom to the Boothe family reunion (my mom's side of the family). Jaxson had so so much fun playing at my grandma's house. He ate corn on the cob - right from the backyard! I love homegrown goodies! He thought it was great and ate three pieces.He played with lincoln logs - the real ones - from when we were kids!
And Uncle Cody taught him about the keyboard.
And of course, we fed the cat fish. Grandpa has a bunch of catfish he feeds dog food. Jax remembered them from the last time we were out there and knew exactly where to go. Aunt Becca kept us supplied with dog food and the catfish probably had enough food to last them a week.
If you know our family, you know we don't sit very well. So, we usually have a project when we get together. This gathering was focused around getting some painting done on grandma's house. Jax seemed to get the hang of it pretty quick!

i cant get over that corn pic! doesn't he eat apples like that too?!? i'm jealous cause dash doesn't have enough teeth for those kinds of foods!
